Our take
This resort is perfect for discerning travelers and families seeking a luxurious and private Maldivian escape with a distinct Mediterranean flair. The spacious villas, each with a private infinity pool and ample living space, offer unparalleled comfort and privacy. The availability of both speedboat and seaplane transfers provides flexibility for arrival. While it offers a house reef and diving, those looking for a more rustic, untouched Maldivian experience might find the contemporary design a departure from traditional island aesthetics. Why we love it
- All-villa resort with private infinity pools
- Contemporary Mediterranean design
- Spacious villas with rooftop spaces
- Convenient seaplane and speedboat access
Why guests love itWe paid extra for the fifteen-minute seaplane instead of the fifty-five-minute speedboat to Olhahali, and watching the atoll from the air with our teenagers turned out to be a highlight before we even checked in. All 67 villas here have their own private infinity pool, so the resort's shared pool barely got used by our family. The Mediterranean-style design felt different from the typical Maldives look, and the rooftop spaces gave the kids somewhere to hang out that was not just another beach chair.
