Why guests love itWe booked a family room at the Ritz-Carlton for our tenth anniversary and brought both kids, aged nine and twelve. The private pool sold them before we even landed; the tennis court and the hot tub sold my husband. Snorkeling straight off the house reef meant we barely used the boat shuttle to the spa side of Fari Islands. This is a splurge trip, not a budget one, and wine flowed freely at every dinner, which is not something every Maldives island can say.
