Why guests love itOur two teenagers surf, so the wave off Kuda Huraa decided this booking more than the villas did. The resort is genuinely laid out like a village on its own coral island, which meant they could walk to the surf shack without us, a small freedom that mattered on a family trip. The private-pool villas were for the grown-ups' downtime, and yes, this is a five-star rate throughout, but the house reef and the surf break together saved us from ever needing a boat excursion.
