Why guests love it

Our oldest did her first open-water dive at Fihalhohi's PADI school while the younger two stuck to snorkeling gear on the house reef a few metres from our terrace. Rooms are simple, tiled floors and wooden furniture rather than anything glamorous, but nobody in our family cared once they saw how clear the water was. The spa massage I booked on the last afternoon was the one adult-only hour of the whole trip, and I'd book it again just for that.
